It’s my first time ordering from this company. I have not received my order, I have rung them, emailed and sent messages via various social media platforms and still haven’t been contacted to sort anything out not happy at all!!!

I ordered the brush on builder candy pie to try them out after using other brands for builder. Can't fault the gel, goes on really nicely and such a lovely colour.

Only bad thing is it took over a week to ship and considering I had to pay £4 shipping for it was a little disappointing. I also had no idea when it was coming, I just got an order confirmation and then the day it was scheduled to be delivered by DPD it was only then I got any kind of update from Glitterbels. The other crazy thing is one tiny bottle came in a GIANT box which could fit a pair of shoes in. Maybe work on your packaging options as that is such a waste.

Had a great day creating Xmas gel nails at Blackburn with Jennie and Lauren. Jennie made it really enjoyable and easy. She really knowledgeable and a great teacher. I’ll be going back for acrylic design with her in the new year.
